Abstract
Although complications of percutaneous gastrostomy are relatively low, the knowledge of the various major and minor complications that can occur are important to a radiologist performing this procedure. This article summarizes the literature and outlines in detail the specific procedural and postprocedural complications that can occur. Included in this is an overview of the authors' specific approach to complications and their experience with complications using the Wills-Oglesby-type catheter.
